As a regular customer, I must say I am highly disappointed in the way Charlton cabs have been treating me these days. I really wish I could post this on social media. As a customer, I have been using this cab office on a regular basis for about two decades when they ( charlton cabs) were still base at Charlton road where the Pizza Hut is now based, when Mohammed who now owns the place used to be a driver. These days the customer service is so bad. On Sunday I forgot my prescribed eye glasses in one of their cars of wish I called back immediately, I also called the office and spoke to one of their controllers who promised to get back to me. Also, the driver was called by myself and he ( driver) confirmed to me that my glasses is in his car. However, the controller never got back to me. Yesterday ( Monday 07/05/2018) I called again and spoke to another controller who also said he would get back to me. Today ( Tuesday 08/05/2018) I called again another controller answered and said “ it is not our responsibility to keep your stuff and if you really need it you would have to pay the driver to bring it to you “ this is a a cab office that I pay as much as £680 on average every month, besides the cab man live within my estate. As I was explaining this the controller dropped the phone on me. Although, in the last couple of months, there is a particular controller that is in the habit of dropping the phone on people. I really do believe business is about customers satisfaction but Charlton cabs has failed to see it that way. If you don’t believe me, please feel free to investigate. Businesses should operate ethically taking the consumers into considerations. ( Ethical consumerism). Maybe if consumers should boycott Charlton cabs for a while it would be in the best interest of everyone including Charlton cabs. Thanks

Booked a cab to take me to Stanstead. Driver was ver polite and friendly and on time. Even helped me get a trolley at the airport for my luggage. Reasonable fare too. Highly recommend.
